⏰ Timings for the day
• 9:00–10:00am – Arrival and team registration at the bar
Please make your way to the bar when you arrive so we can get everybody signed in.
• 10:00am – Team warm-ups begin
Teams can move to their relevant warm-up areas and get ready for the day.
• 10:15am – Coaches’ briefing
There will be a short briefing for each age group around your allocated pitches.
• 10:30am – First games kick off
All age groups will begin at the same time.
• Approximately 3:00pm – Festival finishes
We expect all games across all age groups to be completed by around 3:00pm.
All teams will play a minimum of 4 games, with some teams playing 5 games in order to help balance the schedule.
All games will run straight through with no stoppage time in order to keep the day running to schedule.
? Referees
Each team will need to provide a referee. Once the fixtures are released, the home team listed on the schedule will referee each game.
? Food, Drinks & Facilities
There will be plenty of food stalls on site throughout the day.
The Sutton clubhouse will also be open serving:
• Hot drinks
• Food
• The bar
? Dogs
We are a dog-friendly club, so dogs are welcome. Please just make sure they are kept under control and cleaned up after.
? Parking
Car parking will be £5 per vehicle, payable by either cash or card.
We have 65 teams attending in total, so it is going to be very busy. The parking fields we use may fill up during the morning. If that happens, people may need to park on the surrounding roads.
If you do need to park on the streets, please be considerate to the club’s neighbours and avoid blocking driveways or access.
The fixtures are not easy to reorganise if teams are changed or withdrawn, so if there are any issues at all, please let me know ASAP before the final fixture list is produced.
Thank you everyone we are looking forward to a great day.
