Our U8s build on the foundations of Tag Rugby, introducing sharper evasion skills, offloads, and basic spatial awareness. It’s fast, fun, and completely non-contact, open to both boys and girls.

We focus on building confidence, core handling, and spatial understanding, making sure every child gets equal game time during home and away fixtures with local clubs.

Values: Built around RFU TREDS (Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline, Sportsmanship).

Match Days: Sunday mornings (fixtures or home training)
