Welcome to Melbourne Rugby Club – and especially to the U10s section!

The U10s is where the real rugby adventure begins – it’s the first step into scrums and is designed for children in Year 5. We welcome both boys and girls to get involved.

We’ve got a brilliant team of five volunteer coaches who are all passionate about the game. Their mission? To keep sessions fun, engaging and safe, while helping the kids build the skills they need to enjoy and grow in the sport.

Throughout the season we mix it up – training sessions and matches most Sunday mornings, either at home in Melbourne or away at other clubs.

We’re big on values too. Every session is built around TREDS –

Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship – the core pillars of rugby, on and off the pitch.

But above all, we just love the game and want to pass that love on.
