U14's win last NLD Pool game!

Today saw our re-arranged NLD game from Remembrance Sunday being played at the MSP against Ilkeston. Playing on the main pitch which had plenty of grass; but was a bit boggy in places.............Melbourne seemed nervous to begin with, but soon settled down. Some good flowing moves saw the scoreboard start ticking over. Ilkeston stayed in the fight and the game was played in great spirit right until the final whistle. Pleasing to see the number of different try scorers today and special mention to debut try scorer - Kevin. On to the Semi-finals and looking forward to a possible 'road trip' on the 15th March!
