As we approach the 2019 / 2020 season, pre-season kicked off in real style with a fantastic showing of sixty players turning out for the first session of the season.

With great attitude and commitment the players really pushed themselves hard with a great mix of skill based games, interspersed with position specific conditioning which was enthusiastically set by the coaches.

A big thank you to everyone involved, Thursday sees a theme of BBQ and Beers and anyone is welcome. If you feel like playing some rugby come along and give it a try. Training will start at 7pm, at Cockshut Lane, Melbourne.
