Chloe, Skye, Halle, Lydia and Yves played for 3 separate NLD teams against old brodleians(?), Doncaster ba bas and Castleford.
Castleford beat all before them (a very good team) but NLD gave the other teams a bloody nose or two (figuratively not literally!) All our girls represented well.

A great afternoons rugby for the U13 NLD squad in which players from Boston, Mansfield, Melbourne, Grimsby, Lincoln, Market Deeping, Long Eaton and Newark came together to take on a Yorkshire team made up from players from Castleford, Old Brodleians and Doncaster in a series of games.

With sixty girls from both regions the afternoon was full of exciting new talented NLD U13 players on display in their blue NLD jerseys and against very determined and well supported Yorkshire teams.

A great afternoon in which left all the NLD players brimming with confidence and a desire to continue their rugby development in 2016.

A big thanks to our friends from Castleford, Old Brodleians and Doncaster for making the journey, and to all the parents for making such a positive atmosphere for all the players to play in.
