Fun in the sun at Newark

At the weekend our U11's Minxes went to the their first pitch up and play event of the season away at Newark RUFC.

The U11’s “Pitch up and play” event was a great success with over 30 girls in total turning up from all the teams, joining together and playing what can only be described as a wonderful display of quality rugby from the up and coming players, making it an enjoyable affair for both the players and spectators alike.

Great to see new recruit Harriet pulling on the green and gold shirt for the first time, along with last years more experienced U11's leading by example and breaking the line with attacks and tackles.

Exciting time this season as our U11's grow in both numbers and skills. #GirlsinGreenandGold
