U11s Minxes first outing to Notts Moderns

Despite weather varying between driving snow to gorgeous sun shine the Marvellous Minxes made great inroads into improving their contest for possession against Mansfield at Nottingham Moderns RFC this weekend - even without some experienced players the Minxes stepped up to fill those gaps with some feisty rucking, willingness to tackle and even the odd maul. Good communication from the captains- working on keeping wide rather than following the ball and our 2 pass rule.
It was also great to welcome other clubs' girls into the side to enable a full pitch game with 11 players per team.
