Dear Roger

A very good evening to you, we hope you are keeping well.

As you will be aware, Derbyshire RFU appoint a President every two years and so appoint a senior Vice President who takes over the role.

Being on my last year, we have just held a meeting for senior officers to discuss the season ahead and we would like to nominate yourself as the Senior Vice President to become the new President in May 2019.

We feel this is not only great recognition for a great of Derbyshire Rugby but an honour for Melbourne Rugby Club and your family who have given so much to the game of Rugby in the County and beyond.

We hope that you will be able to accept the nomination and you will enjoy your role as President of Derbyshire RFU.
